Football Manager Story | Bekasi Persipation | SEASON 1

As far as I know, Persipasi can only play in the First Division or the equivalent of League 2. If this statement is wrong, friends, of course you can correct me in the comments column.

2014 was the last time Persipasi played in the First Division because that year they had to be willing to be relegated.

Since then, this club has struggled a lot in League 3 in the last few years.

In fact, the latest news as of this writing is that Persipasi, which plays in the Nusantara League (League 3) for the 2024/2025 season, has been declared officially relegated to League 4.

This is what finally made me interested in handling Persipasi at FM 24 with the aim of immediately bringing Persipasi Bekasi to play in the Indonesian League 1 later.

BIG PROJECT FOR BEKASI PERSIPASI

With the big mission of bringing Persipasi to move up to the highest caste in the Indonesian League and the hope that Persipasi can also play in Asian competitions, I thought about creating a long-term project for Persipasi Bekasi.

I named this project with e-Bekasi

e-Bekasi is a project to direct Persipasi Bekasi to achieve the highest success in Indonesian and Asian football competitions.

e-Bekasi I will divide this into 3 programs, namely:

1. Enter Asia (e1)

2. Enter League 1 (e2)

3. Educate Young Patriots (e3)

Each of these three programs has an objective mission that must be carried out, namely:

e1-Enter Asia

Objective >Passing Persipasi Bekasi to one of the Asian competitions such as AFC Champions League Elite, AFC Champions League Two, or AFC Challenge League

This program can certainly be a long-term target for me considering that Persipasi is still struggling in League 3 at the moment.

It takes a very long process to achieve the targets of this program so I will target the objective mission of this program to be achieved within the next 10 years.

So for the 2034/2035 season, it is hoped that Persipasi will be able to play in one of the Asian competitions.

e2-Enter League 1

Objective >Promoting Persipasi Bekasi to Indonesian League 1

This is the main program and priority for me with Persipasi.

It’s not easy, but I will use all my abilities as a manager to be able to bring Persipasi to League 1 as quickly as possible.

I will target this program to be completed within the next 5 years so that Persipasi is expected to be able to play in League 1 in the 2030/2031 season.

e3-Educating Young Patriots

Objective >Producing Persipasi’s best academy players to be called up to play in the Indonesian national team

The process of creating the best young academy talents to be called up to play in the Indonesian National Team is not easy.

There needs to be a good Youth Development system in creating talented and potential young players.

Apart from that, playing minutes also need to be managed as well as possible because this factor also affects the performance of young players.

Because the goal is to send Persipasi’s best young talents to the Indonesian National Team, I need to create a good environment to forge these talents in Persipasi first.

I will try to always improve the quality of Youth Facilities, Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment periodically until it reaches the best quality.

As much as possible, I will also contract good quality staff for the Persipasi youth team.

Of course, I will also try to give these young players the opportunity to play in the senior team later.

My hope is that with this program, some of the young players trained by Persipasi will be able to be called up by the Indonesian National Team.

So, this is roughly what the project looks like e-Bekasi which I planned for Persipasi Bekasi in Football Manager Story this time.

Maybe there will be a question whether my contract will not be a problem because this program is targeted not for just one or two seasons but for the next 5 seasons.

Yep, of course this is the challenge so that I will always continue to try hard to train Persipasi well so that later I can continue to get a contract extension from Persipasi every season.

I will try to make the programs of the e-Bekasi project achieve sustainable progress first before thinking about the issue of extending the contract.

If I am fired while this project is not finished then it will definitely end anyway.

If problems occur in my coaching career and result in my dismissal, it is likely that I will continue to look for another club with another project.

INITIAL GAME SETUP

OK, let’s move on to the initial settings before starting the game with Persipasi Bekasi on FM 24.

Here I need to tell you something editor data files which I will use in the world of Football Manager Story.

As for the skin appearance on FM 24, the one I use is Vince Skin.

I also activated all the leagues with additions Custom Settings on the database in section Nation.

The countries that I provide Custom Setup are Indonesia, Japan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Thailand, Tajikistan, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Qatar, East Timor, and Australia. This aims to increase the database of players from all leagues in these countries.

For settings Advanced OptionsI’ll just check the options Add players to playable teams.

This is to enable teams from the lower divisions of the Indonesian League, which by default have no players at all in their squad, to exist containing new gen players.

For settings Masking Player Attributes would I Disabled because this aims to make it easier for me to see the player’s attributes. Even though the player’s attributes will be immediately visible, I will still use the results of Scout analysis to monitor the player’s attributes.

First Window Activity will be activated so that I can take advantage of the player transfer market as early as possible.

For timing, I will start the game in Indonesia which will start the season on July 1 2024.

MANAGER PROFILE

For the manager profile, I used my own biodata, namely Muhammad Andi Chaerudin as manager of Persipasi Bekasi.

As a manager, I will start the game with Coaching Badges in the form of National A License and Past Playing Experience as Sunday League Footballers.

As a coach I will emphasize the philosophy of attacking football to implement playing strategies.

INTRODUCTION TO THE MANUFACTURING BOARD AND DISCUSSION OF THE CLUB’S VISION AND SUPPORTERS

Through news from Supersoccer (News Channel), Persipasi Bekasi officially introduced me as its new manager to the Bekasi public.

The club, through the board of directors (Board), contracted me for one year to lead Persipasi in the League 3 competition.

The Persipasi Board only consists of one person, namely Mr Vicky Sutrisno.

Mr Vicky Sutrisno is a person who holds the position of Chairman on the Persipasi Bekasi board.

He discussed with me by giving some information such as club history, club financial status, current club facilities, and the club’s vision for the next 5 years.

From the historical information provided, it appears that there have been no trophies at all that have been won by this club, which was founded in 1998.

Of course, this is very disappointing because the club which is based at the Patriot Chandrabhaga Stadium is a club from one of the big cities in Indonesia, namely Bekasi City.

It’s a shame that as a big city, its football clubs can’t say much in the country’s football competition.

This club’s facilities look ordinary and the financial budget is also quite limited this season.

Preparation Targets for the 2024/2025 Season

Mr Vicky Sutrisno (Chairperson) told me that the target this season is to bring Persipasi to a mid table position in League 3.

With the target that has been given, I need to look at the competition system first.

League 3 consists of 4 groups containing 8 teams each. Then League 3 adheres to a promotion and relegation playoff system.

So the teams that successfully finish in ranks 1 to 4 will qualify for the promotion group phase to determine which teams will be promoted to League 2 next season.

Meanwhile, ranks 5 to 8 will enter the relegation group phase to determine which teams will be relegated to the Regional League.

Seeing this, I assume that the Board has not set a high target for me this season to be able to bring Persipasi promotion to League 2 next season.

However, if you look at this format, finishing in the bottom 4 positions will be very risky of being relegated to the Regional League because there the team will have to fight again in the relegation playoff phase.

I hereby decide that I will fight hard to fight for a place in the group phase in the promotion playoff phase in order to avoid the relegation playoff zone.

Apart from that, the Board expects me to be able to work according to the budget that has been set this season so that the team’s financial budget for player transfers, player salaries, and the player scouting budget must be managed efficiently.

Mr. Vicky Sutrisno (Chairperson) also told me that supporters are demanding to end their position in the league standings this season ahead of rival clubs in the Bekasi region, namely Persikasi, Bekasi Regency.

I also agree to all the proposals stated in the contract with Persipasi and I will try my best to achieve all the targets given by the Board.
