Currently Flins is the strongest Electro DPS and is the 4th strongest DPS in Genshin Impact. Both belong to him F2P teams and Premium teams deal massive damage. If you already have Ineffe and Columbina, she is a mandatory character for your account.

Should You Draw a Chronicle Banner Character

Should you pull a Chronicle banner character? Honestly, no. The Chronicle wish banner will return in Version 6.4. Final Thoughts

Between the two, Varka and Flins, pulling Flins is the better choice because of the damage it produces. Flins doesn’t have as many team options as Varka, Varka’s premium team damage, and Flins’ F2P team both deal the same damage. If you want a character to explore and don’t care much about damage, then Varka is perfect for you. If you want strong DPS, then pull Flins.
