Total Football brings back the football action with an Alpha Test starting January 22, 2026 in select regions

Football title Total Football officially making a comeback, as VNGGames announced a limited Alpha Test scheduled to begin later this month for Android and iOS. This test will allow selected players to experience the game early and provide gameplay feedback before its global release.

I’m sure many players will remember this title. Originally released in 2022 by Gala SportsTotal Football is now back with VNGGames handling publishing duties. That’s legendary Ronaldinho as the cover star, and with the rear view, the logo remains intact.

Alpha Test will be run from January 22 to January 28, 2026and registration is currently open via the official Total Football Alpha Test website. This test is region specific and only open to selected players in the Southeast Asia region Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, And Singapore.

If you are interested in participating, please register by sending your email address, country and device you wish to use. Once registration is complete and you are among those selected, you will receive an Alpha Test access link via email between January 21st and January 22nd.

However, keep in mind that this Alpha Test is only a testing phase, meaning that all player progress will be reset after the test is completed. Along with this, in-app purchases and payments are completely disabled during the Alpha Test.

At the time of writing, no official release date has been announced for Total Football. I will keep you updated in this space as soon as more information becomes available.
