Warframe delayed its global launch on Android after login issues surfaced in Canadian early access

Just a day before its planned worldwide launch, Warframe announced that its Android launch has been officially postponed. Maker Digital Extreme confirm the delay after the player logs in Canada receiving early access on February 11, 2026started having major login issues.

No new release date will be announced until this issue is fully resolved

The problem, described as an infinite login loop, has reportedly affected several Android devices, with Pixel phones and tablets being the most affected. Therefore, the team decided to pause the global rollout on February 18, 2026 while making improvements.

Currently, no new global launch date has been confirmed. Digital Extremes stated they wanted to resolve the login issue completely before moving on to another timeline. The studio said the team is actively working on the issue and will share an update once they have more clarity.

This is clearly not ideal, especially considering how long Android players have been waiting. Warframe was first launched in iOS returns in February 2024and Android users would finally join in almost two years later, but now, that’s not happening now.

For players in Canada, Warframe remains available on the Google Play Store. Regional trials will continue while teams figure out a solution. Players there may still experience login issues during this period, but this testing phase will help confirm whether the fix works before the global rollout occurs.

The good news is that the Cumulus Collection launch prize isn’t going anywhere. Digital Extremes confirmed that the reward window will be extended to reflect the release delay. The delay is disappointing, especially after years of development and beta testing, but at least the team is prioritizing stability rather than rushing the release.
